About this event
Modern-day teenagers face many challenges when it comes to their mental health. This specially designed experience allows teens and a parent/guardian to experience nature in a way that feels nourishing, spacious, and deeply restorative.
Guided with warmth and ease, Orlagh leads you through a series of simple sensory invitations designed to help you settle your mind and ease your stress. Having worked with teenagers for 13 years, Orlagh marries this experience with her knowledge of nature-based wellness.
This forest bathing experience allows you and your teen to connect to nature and each other.
